Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Provide after-hours emergency service as on-call technician
• Move, carry, reposition, or lift items up to 50 lbs
• Walk and stand for long periods; climb stairs and ladders
• Work standard community hours including evenings and weekends
