💼 About This Role

You'll join Sei Labs as our first Sourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Head of Talent and partnering with founders to shape hiring strategy. You'll primarily source and engage top web3 engineering talent for critical roles. This role offers direct impact on a high-performance parallelized EVM blockchain team backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and attract top decile tech and non-tech talent in web3
• Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-impact searches
• Partner with Founder and Engineering Leaders on market mapping and talent strategy
• Contribute to HR operations, tooling, and automation projects

📋 Requirements

• Strong learning mindset and proven enthusiasm for Web3
• 1–4 years of sourcing experience with exposure to technical roles
• At least 1 year in web3 talent pools or crypto adjacent companies
• Proven ability to run outbound sourcing end-to-end and manage multiple pipelines
