🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver live onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Manage Skilljar LMS setup, user access, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams.
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Create and maintain Confluence documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in onboarding or training.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for live sessions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and new technologies.
