You'll lead the Risk Data Science team at America's #1 Sportsbook, evolving customer and revenue outcomes through profiling and automation. You'll own the risk operating model and ensure a consistent, scalable approach across regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape risk strategy using cutting-edge tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists focusing on customer risk profiling and automation
• Drive risk data science strategy aligned with business and product goals
• Partner with data engineering to modernize data infrastructure and build scalable pipelines
• Serve as primary risk data science partner to Trading, Product, and Compliance teams

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in sports betting or online gambling industry
• Proven experience leading data science or analytics teams (5+ reports)
• Strong technical background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and computer science
• Experience working with data engineering teams and tools like Databricks, Python, SQL

• Experience with customer profiling, segmentation, automation, or fraud detection
