๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our Zurich HQ, handling office operations and founder support. You'll keep the office running, own events, and manage the founder's calendar and travel. This role is roughly half office management, half founder support, with real ownership and no micromanagement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage office suppliers, contracts, mail, building, and IT equipment logistics
  • Own event planning including interviews, all-hands, customer visits, and offsites
  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and team members
  • Manage founder's calendar, inbox, and travel logistics across CH/DE/UK/US

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • A few years of experience in admin, assistance, or coordination
  • Fluency in German and English (both daily business languages)
  • AI-fluent and tech-versatile with ability to adopt new tools quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with proactive mindset
