Description

You will join the Analytics team to design and build scalable backend systems for measurement, attribution, and reporting, transforming raw metrics into actionable insights that drive marketing campaigns. You'll own key components from architecture to deployment, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Experience building large distributed systems at scale
• Strong foundation in modern backend development (Python, Elixir, etc.)
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP preferred) and microservices (Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with OLTP and OLAP systems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for measurement, attribution, and reporting
• Develop robust data pipelines and services to transform raw event streams into actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape a intuitive reporting UI
• Own key backend components ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
• Champion engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers
