🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Web and Backend engineers
• Drive architectural decisions and system design with engineering best practices
• Partner with Product Leads to align across engineering squads
• Oversee tech roadmap balancing experimentation with reliability

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers in agile development
• 6+ years total engineering experience
• Expertise in ReactJS and Next.js for component-based frontend architecture
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures and system design

• Experience with TDD or BDD methodologies
