Requirements
- 15+ years in senior marketing or agency leadership roles
- Proven success managing and growing multi-million dollar global accounts
- Deep understanding of marketing and production workflows
- Demonstrated experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions
- Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Align integrated marketing, creative, and production ecosystems to client business priorities and growth objectives
- Act as executive sponsor for high-impact initiatives, providing strategic oversight and cross-functional alignment
- Orchestrate creative, media, technology, data, and AI capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions
- Deliver against revenue, margin, and operational KPIs; expand footprint across business units and services
- Lead and develop senior account leaders, elevate AI fluency, and foster a culture of experimentation and accountability
