You'll lead Pipedrive's global marketing analytics function, turning data into actionable insights to accelerate growth. You'll build and lead a high-performing analytics team and partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize marketing ROI across channels. This role sits at the intersection of data science, marketing strategy, and business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a marketing analytics team.
  • Define KPIs, attribution models, and forecasting frameworks.
  • Translate data into dashboards and actionable insights for executives.
  • Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality testing).

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in analytics with 5+ in marketing analytics at SaaS company
  • Proven success leading analytics teams in high-growth, global environment
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and data storytelling
  • Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with statistical modeling and marketing mix modeling
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks (AWS, dbt, Snowflake)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Segment, Zapier)
