🎯 What You'll Do

• Research current and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Communicate regulations to clients via calls, emails, and reports.
• Assist clients remotely during regulatory inspections.
• Resolve client issues as part of escalation process.
• Understand KPA product suite and ABLE software features.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management or Field Consultant role.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective communication with clients at all levels.
• Relationship-building skills for long-term client engagement.

• Experience in Finance or Fixed Operations of a dealership.
• Intellectually curious and able to think on feet.
