💼 About This Role

You'll own hard problems end-to-end — from schema design to agentic billing pipelines to the React surfaces that billers and practice operators rely on every day. You'll work on a small, high-trust team where your technical decisions have real consequences. The problems we're solving — reliable integrations with inconsistent insurance systems, AI-driven billing decisions that have to be right, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure that can't fail — are legitimately hard.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-grade features across the full stack.
• Build and evolve AI-powered agentic workflows for billing automation.
• Architect resilient integrations with dental insurance carriers and practice management systems.
• Work directly with billers to understand problems and translate into software decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping production software in reliable environments.
• Production experience with at least one major LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI).
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Deep experience with relational databases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mastra agent framework or comparable orchestration tools.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Experience at a Series A or early-stage startup.
