You'll drive new business sales across the Defence & Intelligence industry, leveraging a well-established software platform. Your core impact will be identifying and converting Defence industry organisations that don't yet work with Objective. This role offers high-growth market opportunity with strong brand credibility and autonomy to shape national-level deals.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and win new customers across Defence manufacturers and suppliers
  • Build and leverage a strong network across the Defence Industry ecosystem
  • Shape and lead end-to-end sales cycles (6โ€“24 months) from prospecting to close
  • Own pipeline, forecasting and opportunity strategy using CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven success in new business sales (hunter mindset is critical)
  • Strong experience selling into the Defence industry or adjacent sectors
  • Experience in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Australian Citizenship with eligibility for Government Security Clearance

  • Deep understanding of Defence Industry ecosystem, stakeholders, and buying cycles
  • Experience in structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
