Description

You will manage purchase orders, track inbound materials, and resolve delivery issues to protect production schedules. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to expedite material flow.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of tactical buying, expediting, or supply chain operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong follow-up, prioritization, and team collaboration skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
• ERP system knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and manage purchase orders based on Jira requests and MRP signals
• Maintain open order, past-due, and shortage reports
• Identify and recover late or at-risk inbound shipments
• Drive suppliers to provide commit dates and recovery plans
• Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure shipment execution
