💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of over 100 warehouse staff in a fast-paced fulfillment center, driving operational excellence and process improvements. You'll balance hands-on shift leadership with strategic projects to enhance logistics performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of team leads and over 100 warehouse employees
• Manage daily shift operations and prioritize tasks in the fulfillment center
• Drive process optimization projects to improve logistics workflows
• Balance operational leadership (3-4 days) with strategic office work (1-2 days)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays on a full-time basis
• Proven ability to solve operational problems quickly and pragmatically
