Description
You will build and own Komodo Health's pricing strategy across the product portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation. You'll establish pricing governance, leverage AI for pricing intelligence, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on value-based pricing decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or monetization in B2B technology
- Experience with usage-based, consumption, or outcome-based pricing models
- AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools for analysis and decision-making
- Highly data-driven with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve end-to-end pricing and packaging strategy across products and segments
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Revenue Ops, and Product Marketing to drive alignment
- Build and maintain a pricing intelligence function monitoring competitive pricing and win/loss data
- Establish pricing governance including a Pricing Committee, approval workflows, and discount policies
- Support large deals by structuring pricing and packaging to maximize value capture and protect margins
