Description

You will ensure data integrity, maintain Salesforce systems, perform reporting and analysis, and support the Revenue team by managing cases and processes. Your work enables sellers to operate at peak performance and supports new product rollouts.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Experience, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce Connector with Excel/Google Sheets
• Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with Data Loader for bulk importing/exporting Salesforce records
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage case management process and drive resolution of internal service cases
• Manage Closed-Won-Pending process for data accuracy
• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ensure data integrity through hygiene tasks and manual oversight of deal handoff from Revenue to Finance
• Provide cross-functional support and create job aids, SOPs, and design documents
