Description

You will lead construction projects in phases 3 to 8, from tendering to handover, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met for multi-story residential buildings. You will manage teams, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, and oversee onsite execution with a hybrid remote work option.

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or architecture
• Experience in project management of large-scale rough and turnkey construction projects (preferably with a general contractor)
• Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites
• Proficient in Office products (Excel, Word)
• Fluent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects (rough and turnkey) with economic and technical oversight
• Ensure timely and quality-compliant execution of contractual construction scope
• Control construction progress and perform site results checks
• Coordinate and monitor engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors
• Lead site teams and manage personnel deployment planning
