You'll architect end-to-end ML systems for personalization and AI at a leading fintech company. Your work will directly shape financial modeling and user experience for millions of users. This role offers the chance to drive strategic AI initiatives at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and own end-to-end ML systems for personalization
• Design and deploy content personalization and ranking systems
• Lead transition from offline batch scoring to real-time inference
• Establish data infrastructure: feature stores, training pipelines, monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in data science and ML
• Production ML systems architecture and deployment track record
• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (CS, ML, etc.)
• Experience in fintech or regulated domains strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in modern AI, classical ML, probabilistic methods, causal inference
• Experience coaching and mentoring senior ICs
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices for ML
