💼 About This Role

You'll support the FBI's discovery processes by providing litigation technology expertise and monitoring legal and technological changes. You'll ensure proper preservation and production of ESI using FBI tools and collaborate with a dedicated team to solve government challenges. This role offers the chance to impact high-stakes investigations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation.
• Test system upgrades or patches before release.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, and producing ESI.
• Create and update standard operating procedures for eDiscovery.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active U.S. Government security clearance.
• JD degree or equivalent advanced legal education.
• Experience with eDiscovery across all EDRM phases.
