💼 About This Role

You'll oversee fire sprinkler and fire alarm inspections for Piper Fire Protection across the Clearwater market. Your core impact is ensuring code compliance, reducing deficiencies, and improving inspection operations. This role combines technical escalation, field mentoring, and QA/QC leadership to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily field activities for fire sprinkler and fire alarm inspections
• Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
• Conduct field QA audits to ensure quality and code compliance
• Mentor junior inspectors and assist with onboarding and development plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm inspection
• NICET certification in Water-Based Systems and/or Fire Alarm Systems or willingness to obtain
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 (Chapter 14)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
