💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end dispute lifecycle at a hypergrowth fintech building next-gen payments infrastructure. You'll protect partners and cardholders from financial risk while working with card network rules and SQL. This role sits at the intersection of payments, compliance, and customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full dispute lifecycle from intake to resolution
• File disputes with Visa and Mastercard ensuring accuracy and deadlines
• Investigate claims using transaction data and SQL queries
• Track case progress and manage escalations across teams

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on card dispute and chargeback experience
• Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard dispute rules
• Proficiency in SQL for transaction investigation
• Experience with dispute management tools and CRM systems

• Familiarity with fraud prevention and compliance processes
