You will educate the community about the hospice benefit and build relationships to connect eligible patients with hospice services, supporting our mission to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director in establishing organization volume projections in annual budget
• Initiate marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections
• Develop and maintain relationships to give access to eligible patients for hospice services
