💼 About This Role

You'll lead credit risk end-to-end for a new business line in Colombia, building frameworks and a team from scratch. You'll set the risk vision, design policies, and ensure sustainable portfolio growth. This role offers the chance to shape a new venture in a high-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design credit origination policy and limit setting
• Manage risk appetite and portfolio performance dashboards
• Perform portfolio segmentation, stress-testing, and cohort analysis
• Embed risk controls in product specifications and customer journeys

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in credit risk in retail/consumer lending
• Strong understanding of scorecard design and alternative data
• Proficient in SQL and Python with hands-on data experience
• Knowledge of financial mathematics and profitability components

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• MBA or CFA is a plus
• B1 or higher English level; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
