Description

As a People Business Partner at Bluevine, you will partner closely with leadership to drive business outcomes and foster employee engagement by overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and more, while working collaboratively with COEs to align People programs with company goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience
• Experience in leadership development, change management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a changing environment
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Complex problem-solving skills with sound judgment
