Description
You will deliver fundamental email deliverability support to customers and internal teams, manage tickets, conduct audits, and provide strategic planning to improve email programs. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of deliverability-specific services experience at an ESP, agency, or large brand
- Competency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills
- Well-versed in industry best practices for email deliverability
- Experience identifying and remedying deliverability issues
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting
- Service assigned customers with Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement
- Conduct in-depth investigations and audits of email sending practices
- Assist with blocklists, spam traps, IP warming, and monitor sending reputation
