You'll serve as a key client-facing leader and senior representative of the Brand Strategy function at BGB, guiding brand assignments and strategic engagements for healthcare clients. You'll turn complex clinical data and market dynamics into clear strategic narratives that drive brand growth and compelling communications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of high-impact brand, portfolio, and communications strategies
• Synthesize clinical data, market dynamics, and customer behavior into strategic narratives
• Champion creative briefs and strategic narratives that inspire bold ideas
• Lead planning and execution of strategic client engagements and new business efforts

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic brand planning or brand strategy experience in an agency environment
• Significant experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare marketing
• Proven track record leading insight-driven strategy across complex healthcare brands
• Deep understanding of clinical data, competitive landscapes, and healthcare ecosystem
