Description

You will act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, driving adoption of AI-driven Martech solutions and ensuring they maximize key metrics. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, lead post-sale journeys, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in high-growth Software/AI
• Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and data integration
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with C-level to end-user stakeholders
• Drive deep product integration and alignment with client KPIs
• Define and execute post-sale customer journey
• Own retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Troubleshoot challenges and collaborate with Product/Engineering
