You'll join Slice to support restaurant partners by onboarding them to the Phone product and resolving challenges. Your work will ensure seamless order transmission and fuel partner success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers to the Phone product
• Handle inbound calls and process orders
• Leverage internal systems to ensure accurate order transmission
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience to resolve complex issues
• Ability to quickly learn browser-based systems
