Description
You will lead business development efforts to build client relationships and secure new contracts for cell therapy CDMO services. You'll identify prospects, negotiate agreements, and work with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development within CDMO or cell therapy
- Strong existing client network in biopharma
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Willingness to travel for conferences and client visits
