💼 About This Role

You'll own core programmatic workflows and apply AI/ML techniques to improve performance and ROI. You'll partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-quality execution and drive transparency through reporting and attribution. This role offers flexible remote work across the U.S. and Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve core programmatic workflows (planning, targeting, bidding, etc.).
• Develop and apply AI/ML techniques for bidding optimizations and forecasting.
• Write product documentation (Confluence, PRDs, technical specs).
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing to drive DSP adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ in technical PM role.
• Ability to collaborate on system design, APIs, data structures, and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort reviewing technical documentation.
• Experience launching internal tooling, APIs, or platform components.

• Hands-on experience with ML/AI-powered features.
• Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Background in software engineering or related technical discipline.
