Description

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate technical support, and drive customer satisfaction for the Yaydoo platform. Help customers onboard, adopt, and effectively use our solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology a plus
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Guide customers in adoption and effective use of Yaydoo solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Monitor platform usage and detect opportunities for improvement or expansion
  • Track customer health, adoption, and retention metrics
