💼 About This Role

You'll drive the AI search program for mid-market customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the Profound platform. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes and serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers through the future of AI search.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for 45-55 mid-market customers
• Own full customer journey from onboarding to measurable outcomes
• Develop white-glove and scaled strategies for customer health
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with mid-market customers in customer success, account management, or consulting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort in quantitative data
