💼 About This Role

You'll evangelize Blossom Health's mental healthcare platform to providers, building relationships to grow patient referrals in your region. As an early member of a hyper-growth startup, you'll shape the Clinical Liaison function and bring solutions to providers desperate for psychiatric help.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Spend 4 days per week meeting with providers in your territory
• Proactively research and identify new provider partners
• Build trust with leads and convert them into referral partners
• Foster long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff

📋 Requirements

• Proven success in provider-facing field sales
• Zero to one growth: demonstrated ability to build a territory from scratch
• Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry experience
• Data fluency and comfort learning new systems
