πΌ About This Role
You'll drive commercial growth and partner monetization on the Fresha platform, building relationships with SMB partners in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll own a portfolio of accounts and proactively convert them to Fresha's payments solution, all in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth through partner engagement.
- Proactively introduce and convert partners on Freshaβs payments solution.
- Optimise listing content and availability to maximise marketplace conversions.
- Advise partners on product selection and build relationships via video meetings.
π Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role delivering commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to adapt and achieve targets in a commercial environment.
- Experience using data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.

- Outbound call or related sales experience.
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Thai.
- Beauty and wellness industry experience.
