You'll drive commercial growth and partner monetization on the Fresha platform, building relationships with SMB partners in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll own a portfolio of accounts and proactively convert them to Fresha's payments solution, all in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth through partner engagement.
  • Proactively introduce and convert partners on Fresha’s payments solution.
  • Optimise listing content and availability to maximise marketplace conversions.
  • Advise partners on product selection and build relationships via video meetings.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to adapt and achieve targets in a commercial environment.
  • Experience using data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.

  • Outbound call or related sales experience.
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Thai.
  • Beauty and wellness industry experience.
