💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic link between business areas and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements. You'll define KPIs, structure data capture and treatment flows, and deliver dashboards and analyses that support decision-making. This role offers the chance to work with large-scale financial data in a hybrid model at one of Brazil's largest financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the lifecycle.
• Define and monitor data ingestion and treatment flows.

📋 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Python (PySpark) and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Lakehouse concept.
• Experience with batch data loading and Power BI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace or Grafana.
