You'll join the Growth team to build and deepen relationships with institutional clients, supporting the process from initial conversations through ongoing support. Your core impact will be accelerating client onboarding and driving AUM growth by truly understanding client needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine client relationship management with values-aligned investing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with institutional clients
• Communicate Ethic's value proposition and sustainability approach
• Accelerate client onboarding and contribution to AUM growth
• Facilitate ongoing client reviews and account service requests

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of public equity markets and direct indexing
• Clear and confident communication skills for client interactions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
