💼 About This Role

You'll manage paid acquisition channels for a rapidly growing AI company. You will support high-volume campaign execution, creative iteration, and data analysis to reach 100M users. Your insights will directly improve channel performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance using Voluum, GA4, and dashboards
• Support creative briefing by gathering performance data
• Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Analytical skills comfortable with data and Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics like CPM, CTR, CPA
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, femtech, etc.)
