💼 About This Role

You'll scale Verkada's reach by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners in Wisconsin and Iowa. You'll drive net new business through the channel and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams. This role offers the chance to own the full partner lifecycle in a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate pipeline with net new end-user customers through reseller partners.
  • Develop and manage a focused partner business plan for your territory.
  • Train and enable partner executives and sales teams on Verkada's product portfolio.
  • Conduct regular QBRs and business reviews with partners to track performance.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
  • Proven track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
  • Local to Wisconsin or Iowa with willingness to travel 50%.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
