🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate real estate loans through outside calling and referrals
• Ensure loans are set up and processed for underwriting
• Attend open houses, Realtor, and Builder meetings
• Conduct first-time home buyer classes and community events

📋 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma required
• 3+ years of residential mortgage origination experience
• NMLS registration required
• Proven success in closing loans to meet sales goals
