💼 About This Role

You'll lead custom Notion implementations for enterprise customers in Korea, driving adoption and embedding AI workflows. You'll build the services capability from the ground up, scoping and delivering engagements across the customer lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape Notion's services strategy in a fast-growing region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver professional services engagements for Korean mid-market and enterprise customers
• Design and implement tailored Notion workspaces with optimized workflows
• Lead end-to-end engagements from scoping through execution and delivery
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and key deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting or customer-facing roles
• Proven success in delivering SaaS implementations and ensuring adoption
• Experience with project management of multiple client engagements
• Fluent Korean and business-level English for stakeholder communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Notion or workspace design
• Familiarity with API integrations or data migration tools
• Knowledge of IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM integrations
