You will lead the strategic direction and development of payment products at a global employment platform, managing a team of product managers and working hands-on to ship functional code. Your work will shape how thousands of customers experience Remote's payment solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with successful product launches
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with ability to build and ship functional code
• Deep expertise in payments industry trends, technologies, and regulations
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Strategic thinking with customer-obsessed and data-fluent mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy aligned with company goals
• Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of product managers
• Provide hands-on guidance and dive into details when critical decisions are needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and build product experiences
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for innovation
