You'll provide targeted academic and hands-on remediation support to students preparing for FAA A&P certification exams. Your work will directly improve certification preparedness by reinforcing technical concepts and addressing skill gaps. This role offers a chance to collaborate with instructors in an established aviation institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide targeted remediation support in FAA A&P subject areas
• Reinforce technical concepts through tutoring and hands-on coaching
• Support practical skill development with guided exercises
• Assist with setup and organization of hangar tools and equipment

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Student or graduate of an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) program
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on aviation maintenance skills
• Must have passed General Written, Airframe, or Powerplant exam for area of support
