You'll manage day-to-day facilities activities for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties. You'll own the complete work order lifecycle and develop key client relationships to ensure timely service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work with a tech-enabled property service provider and a network of over 30,000 vendors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complete work order lifecycle from creation to resolution
• Hire, train, and assess vendor performance
• Coordinate outside contractors to meet SLA agreements
• Develop and maintain key client relationships

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
• 3+ years of facilities management experience
• Experience managing multiple vendors for work orders and capital projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in maintenance management or building engineering
• Client relationship management skills
