💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Aero Value Stream by embodying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement globally. You'll optimize processes and outage standards for key technologies, shaping standards across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison collaborating with stakeholders to deploy vital applications and promote best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100 technologies.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field as primary ambassador.
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices.
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert across supported platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 11 years progressive field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Engineer or Project management experience.
• Strong experience in power generation and field services for gas/steam turbines.
• English proficiency is required.
