💼 About This Role

You'll join NEORIS, an EPAM Digital Accelerator, as a Functional Expert for a strategic banking project. You'll analyze and document end-to-end transactional processes for payment platforms and transactional switches. This hybrid role in Quito offers high-impact work for a top bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and document end-to-end business and transactional processes.
• Create functional and operational documentation in Spanish and English.
• Model processes using BPMN for current and future flows.
• Serve as liaison between business, technical teams, and vendors.
• Validate functional requirements and ensure correct implementation.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in systems, engineering, administration, finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial projects.
• Proven experience with transactional switches or payment hubs.
• Solid knowledge of banking operations and monetary transactions.
• BPMN proficiency for process modeling and functional documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience in reconciliations and end-to-end transactional processes.
