You'll lead the design and evolution of our virtualization platform to support high-density GPU workloads at scale. Your core impact will be transitioning from Proxmox to KVM/QEMU-based architecture while defining VM lifecycle, performance isolation, and resilience standards. This role stands out for its deep systems focus in a high-performance AI compute environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable virtualization for high-density GPU workloads
• Lead evolution from Proxmox to KVM/QEMU-based architectures
• Optimize virtualization for NUMA, CPU pinning, and GPU passthrough
• Build automation for hypervisor deployment and cluster lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering
• Deep experience with KVM/QEMU and libvirt
• Strong understanding of NUMA architectures and CPU scheduling
• Experience operating virtualization at scale (hundreds+ hosts)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud or CSP environments
• Familiarity with GPU passthrough (VFIO) and SR-IOV
• Kubernetes and bare metal provisioning (MAAS)
