You will optimize payment processing, manage provider relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic improvements in our payment ecosystem, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Senior/expert experience in payments, FinTech, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills to model complex payment data and derive business insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing strategic partnerships
- Expert understanding of payment technologies (PCI DSS, PSD2) and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze payment KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations to improve acceptance rates and reduce costs
- Serve as primary business contact for payment providers, ensuring optimal configuration and service delivery
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal to define service levels and ensure compliance
- Develop strategic reports on key payment indicators for executive stakeholders
- Define business requirements and validate new payment flows with Product and Engineering teams
