Description

You will lead a production team on the 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for electrical distribution systems. You'll manage daily execution, coach team members, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with support functions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years manufacturing experience including 1+ year leadership
• Experience with takt time, standard work, and visual management
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and production dashboards
• Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators
• Monitor performance metrics and lead Tier 1 meetings
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance for work center readiness
• Enforce safety protocols and 5S practices
