📋 Requirements

• CPA, JD with Tax LLM, or MST
• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Experience with transfer pricing and international structuring
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and IPO preparation
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, or similar data tools

• Experience building tax functions from scratch
• Experience with SaaS or technology tax environments
• Strong AI fluency and AI-powered tool usage
