💼 About This Role

You'll provide mainframe systems programming support for CICS TS and related OEM software. Your core impact involves installing, maintaining, and debugging system software to ensure high availability. This role offers a chance to work with z/OS, CICS, and MQ in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fulfill customer service orders for CICS TS and OEM software
• Provide primary support for problems related to CICS TS and OEM products
• Install OEM software efficiently per Ensono standards
• Support customer migration services for CICS TS and related products

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of zSeries (mainframe) platform experience
• Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, installation, and tailoring
• Experience with IBM's SMP/E
• Knowledge of MQ and WebSphere Application Server on z/OS
